Dallas Family Upset with Emergency Response

The family of 14 year old Kevin Crockett is questioning the delay in response to their call for help when he way shot at and robbed on Monday, June 12th. The family says they called 9-1-1 multiple times, and were even on hold for 23 minutes during one call, before the police and ambulance arrived to help. Dallas Police are still investigating the incident, however have said that the call was given a “Priority Two” and that there were multiple other “Priority Two” calls and one “Priority One” call being held at that time.
