Audio from NJ Lawmakers SWATing Call Played in Hearing

Paul Moriarty a New Jersey lawmaker who had introduced legislation stiffening penalties for false use of emergency services was the victim of just what he was trying to stop. In April a man called police in Moriarty’s hometown of Washington Township saying he had a gun, had shot his father, and would shoot the police. Moriarty played the tape for a legislative hearing on his bill this week.
