Tina Spetzman a Sarpy County, Nebraska 9-1-1 dispatcher has been out of work since falling ill in September. Now her community led by the Sarpy County Fraternal Order of Police are rallying to help with her medical bills.

Spetzman has been serving the people of Sarpy County for 30 years as a 9-1-1 dispatcher. In September Spetzman suffered a torn aorta. While undergoing surgery to repair the aorta, she suffered a major stroke. Shortly after tests showed Spetzman also has a brain aneurysm. Spetzman is out of work and facing mounting medical bills.

The Sarpy County Fraternal Order of Police will be hold a fundraiser on May 3rd to help raise money for Spetzman. For others interested in helping, a GoFundMe page has been set up.
